Shipping and Delivery Policy

• Orders are only shipped nationwide Monday through Thursday. We do not ship on Fridays or holidays. 
• Local deliveries are made Monday through Thursday.
• One Smart Cookie is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• If a delivery is being made to a student at a local university in Abilene, please give dorm name and room number, along with phone contact. 
• Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment.
• One Smart Cookie is not responsible for delays due to weather conditions or other natural causes beyond our control.
